Our well experienced design and development team works in close co-operation with customers offering the best possible packaging solutions. The conceptualization of product packaging design is done by using Catia software. Graphic design solutions are also provided for adding more value to blister packs. Following design considerations are made while designing thermoformed trays, blisters and clamshells

  • Components thus stored in trays can be handled by robots

Product prototyping

The prototyping of packaging design is used as a template for later series production

Die manufacturing & Production

The company is having their own in house die manufacturing facility. Better control over production is achieved because of this. These dies are later used in production. Also after sales support is offered to the customers.
